Kincardine Castle Kitchen are very lucky to have some of the country’s best raspberries growing on their doorstep. Their Raspberry Jam is made in small batches to a traditional recipe packed with ripe & sumptuous flavour. Perfect in a Victoria Sponge, or at its best on well-buttered toast at any time of day.
