  2. Follow the instructions to generate a returns label.
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the returns label.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest authorised courier location.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 working days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
